- ✓Intermediate riding skill level recommended
- ✓Age 25+ preferred, or 18+ with guardian approval
- ✓Signed liability waiver required prior to ride day
- ✓50% deposit required to hold your booking
- ✓Credit card hold of $2,000–$2,500 for damage deposit

- ✓How far in advance should I book?We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance during peak summer season to ensure availability.
- ✓Where do you deliver the bike?We deliver directly to your Airbnb, hotel, or home. No trailhead meetups required. You ride from your front door.
- ✓Do I need dirt bike experience?Intermediate experience is recommended. We walk through bike operation, safety basics, and ride expectations before every departure.
- ✓What kind of terrain will we ride?Montana offers a mix of forest roads, mountain views, technical trails, open terrain, and scenic backcountry riding.
- ✓What if weather conditions are bad?Safety comes first. If conditions are unsafe we will work with you to reschedule or adjust your experience.
- ✓What is your cancellation policy?Cancellations made within the allowed notice period may receive a refund or reschedule option depending on availability.
- ✓Can I book for a group?Yes. We accommodate individuals, couples, families, and small groups up to 4 riders. Corporate retreats and bachelor parties welcome.
- ✓What happens if the bike is damaged?All riders are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Details are outlined in the rental agreement and covered by the damage deposit.
